Advanced red light short wave infrared heater designed for paint booth applications ensuring rapid and high quality paint curing. It uses a special short wave quartz glass infrared tube that heats from bottom to top eliminating moisture inside and out for quick drying and long lasting painted surfaces. Features include a single automatic control panel with programmable 0 to 60 minutes time control and real time display. The bracket is constructed of metal alloy with a stainless steel mirror like lamp back cover for powerful heat concentration. It features an infrared console where light turns ON when doors open and OFF when closed. Specifications include 8 console boxes each measuring 560 x 570 x 70 mm and outputting 3000 W. There are a total of 24 emitters with 1000 W power each covering a 10 sq meters baking area. The temperature range is 0 to 60 C with a baking distance under 500 mm and a pre heat time of 5 seconds. Electrical requirements are single phase 230 V AC at 50 Hz drawing 13.5 Amp with a total power consumption of 24 kW per hour. Each box weighs 5.6 kg. This eco friendly unit offers up to 70 percent fuel cost savings compared to traditional diesel burners.
