Description
Automatic tyre changer featuring inverter technology designed for fast mounting and de-mounting with low power consumption and high torque. The motor is directly coupled with a belt free inverter gear box ensuring no slippage even with larger tyres. It offers variable speed operation from 5 to 22 rpm to prevent tyre breakage. The machine includes a square type bed with self centering four jaw claws and pneumatically operated twin cylinders for secure clamping. A pneumatic powered tilted column can be tilted back and forth and locked by an air cylinder while a specially coated cylinder prevents rust to increase service life. The 41mm diameter hex bar de-mounting head is made of special material to handle run flat and low profile tyres. The pedal assembly features an ergonomic design and robust structure. Specifications include an outside clamping range of 10 to 21 inches and an inside clamping range of 12 to 24 inches handling rim widths from 3 to 12 inches and a maximum wheel diameter of 960 mm. The working pressure operates between 8 to 10 bar with a bead breaking force of 2500 kg. Power supply is 230 V driving a 0.75 kW motor. The machine operates with a noise level under 70 dB.
